However, they are rarely given either the opportunity to examine their beliefs or training in how to develop their ethical skills. The simulation is designed to imitate life by allowing partipants to try unfamiliar decision making models and receive feedback---while having a bit of fun. They will learn to increase both their self-knowledge as well as understanding of their community. The simulation may be used as a part of a traditional undergraduate or graduate ethics class or to facilitate a company's leadership or ethics training.
