And if it shall fortune my said kinsman to die and depart this life before the expiration of the term of years in the said lease granted having no issue of his body lawfully begotten then living that then I give and bequeath the said lease and the benefit and profits thereof arising unto his brother William Elletson, his executors and assigns.
